The apartment is intended for studying individuals up to 26 years of age. We try to create homogeneous age groups in our apartments (e.g., only working people or only studying people; our offer also includes female-only apartments - such information can be found in the title of the specific apartment).

For the tenant's comfort, the apartment is equipped with the following items:

    Each apartment remains under our care throughout the entire duration of the lease agreement. The administration department takes care of formal matters and the proper atmosphere in the property, resolving any issues that may arise, the billing department will always help you with questions related to invoices, and the technical department coordinates the work of the handyman so that during the lease agreement, any potential defects are repaired within 48 hours.
