The apartment is intended for students up to 24 years of age. We try to create uniform age groups in the apartments (e.g. only working people or only students, our offer also includes apartments only for women - this information can be found in the title of a specific apartment).

For the tenant's comfort, the apartment is equipped with the following elements:
