I invite you to familiarize yourself with the offer of renting a room in a beautiful, high-standard apartment at Łokietka 7. The apartment consists of 8 rooms. There is no owner in the apartment and each room is locked for the tenant's comfort.

The apartment is intended for students up to 24 years of age. We try to create uniform age groups in the apartments (e.g. only working people or students only, our offer also includes only women's apartments - this information can be found in the title of a specific apartment).

For the tenant's comfort, the apartment is equipped with the following elements:

• - mop with a bucket

• - brush and dustpan

Each apartment remains under our care throughout the term of the lease. The administrative department takes care of formal matters and the right atmosphere on the property by solving any problems that may arise, the billing department will always help you with any questions related to invoices and the technical department coordinates the work of the handyman so that during the term of the lease, any defects are repaired within 48 hours .

Additionally, each room has a blind or a curtain. There may also be other items such as a carpet, a flower in a pot, a picture or a lamp.
